Calvin brings over two decades of diverse expertise across the real estate industry including Architectural Interiors, Real Estate Entitlement/Development, Project and Construction Management, and Relocation/Restack for Corporate Restructuring.
Calvin previously was Director of Design and Construction at One Market Plaza in San Francisco, completing over 2.5 million square feet of capital and tenant improvements with a value of $100 million. Prior to One Market, Calvin was the Senior Vice President of Project Management for Northern California with Grubb and Ellis. Some of Calvin’s notable past projects include: 550 Hope Street, a 30 story Class-A high-rise in Los Angeles, One Market Plaza, a landmark Class-A trophy property in San Francisco, various projects for Amgen’s Southern California campus, and a new conferencing / convention facility along with the addition of 300 keys at the Hilton Hotel in Dulles Virginia. His project management experience includes: all types of real estate development and construction, cost analysis, due diligence, hazardous materials response, and lease and contract negotiations.
Calvin obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Interior and Architecture Design from Drexel University. He maintains his CID certification in the state of California and is LEED AP certified.
