RiverRock Real Estate Group Grows Management Portfolio as Part of Joint Venture with Alamo Group and Dudum Investments; Move Expands Reach to Northern California, Pacific Northwest and Nevada
RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm, has announced the formation of a joint venture with Alamo, Calif.-based retail investment and development firm Alamo Group and Dudum Investments. The new joint venture, known as Diablo RiverRock Inc., will handle management and leasing for approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail and restaurant properties located throughout Northern California, the Pacific Northwest and Nevada.
