As part of the operational aspect of our day-to-day management role, we work closely with all of our service partners to ensure they understand our goals for developing green practices. We work with them to ensure they do their part to help us achieve this goal. At the property level, our sustainability practices include landscape, janitorial, energy management, paper management, lighting retrofitting, water management and more.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have also expanded our in-house programs - taking them to the property level. We are introducing and conducting "Green Fairs" for our tenants as well as creating partnerships to assist them with meeting worthwhile sustainability goals within their workplace operations and facilities.

Within RiverRock and as part of our "Rock U" educational program, we are hosting "Going Green" seminars to keep our employees educated and informed on new leading-edge practices and tools.
