San Francisco/Bay Area
Cornish & Cary RiverRock provides a full range of management, leasing and investment advisor and sales services for both property owners and investors, as well as companies occupying buildings throughout Northern California with 10 strategically located offices, including Emeryville, Hayward, Palo Alto, Pleasanton, Roseville, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Walnut Creek. Our service lines are separated according to product and service type and include office/R&D/flex, industrial, retail, multi-family, investment, client solutions and commercial real estate finance.

Central Valley

San Diego
With a large asset management presence of office & industrial properties, RiverRock is dedicated to providing its clients with exceptional service in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage and asset management. Additionally, our services include property tax data collection and conversion from our client's and taxing authority's records to determine/confirm a property's current property tax value and assessment history. We maximize our client's potential for savings and refund opportunities with proactive research via our extensive market knowledge and real estate network, in order to provide the taxing authority with a clear, convincing and superior work product on our client's behalf.

Los Angeles/Orange County

Through our RiverRock Alliance Group relationships, we also provide our clients with a results-oriented Real Estate Legal Practice with a specific emphasis on Real Estate Development. Our efforts have allowed clients to effectively evaluate risks, make more well-informed decisions, navigate the turbulent economic environment, procure entitlements and assure compliance with government authorities and entities.
