“Happy employees provide better service,” as Principal John Combs likes to say. To acknowledge excellence and great service, we initiated “YouEarnedIt,” a new employee recognition program. It allows employees to recognize co-workers who are working hard, going above and beyond, and whose actions are aligned with RiverRock’s core values.

The RiverRock culture is built on engaging and rewarding, special initiatives that support employees’ health, work-life balance and involvement in their communities. Our Wellness in the Workplace program works with healthcare advisors to identify and address health issues. RiverRock offers flexible work schedules and private assistance with personal issues.
