RiverRock Difference
RiverRock’s employees are our most valuable assets, and our culture is one of continuous learning. Our leadership created Rock University (“Rock U”), an established training and development program required for every service professional, followed by continuing education requirements after “graduation.” Rock U ensures that teams meet RiverRock’s standards of technical and service excellence.
The training also helps to identify and develop emerging leaders who will continue to innovate and advance our superior property management services. RiverRock employees also attend industry education through BOMA, BOMI, NAIOP, IREM, and ICSC, and are assisted in earning industry designations such as CPM®, RPA, CCIM, CSM and FMA.
Committed to sustainability, RiverRock works proactively with service partners to clarify goals for adopting sustainability practices in landscaping, janitorial, energy management, paper management, lighting retrofits, water management, and obtaining LEED certification for buildings. RiverRock introduced “Green Fairs” for tenants and “Going Green” seminars that update employees on leading-edge practices and tools.
