Anne Hill joined RiverRock in 2022 as Director in the firm’s Northern CA offices. In this role she supports and oversees multiple property management teams and coordinates RiverRock’s service delivery for a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Anne brings over 15 years of diverse real estate management and leasing experience.
Before joining RiverRock, Anne served as Director of Operations with Brannan Management, a private investment firm based in San Francisco. In this role she was responsible for oversight of all operations for the Family Office, including direct management of the commercial and residential real estate portfolio in California and Mexico. Prior to joining Brannan Management, Anne served as Real Estate Portfolio Manager with Bently Holdings, a private asset management firm based in San Francisco. There she was responsible for the overall management and ultimately the divestment of the firm’s real estate holdings across the United States. In this role her responsibilities included asset management, oversight of property management teams, construction management, negotiation of leases and oversight of leasing teams, marketing of vacancies, quality control and customer care for the firm’s diverse tenants across the portfolio.
Anne achieved a BA in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of CA at Irvine. She holds the RPA and CPM designations and is a licensed CA real estate salesperson. She has held numerous volunteer leadership positions with IREM, CREW and BOMA SF.
