Brianna has been with RiverRock Real Estate Group since 2007.
As Vice President of Engagement, she specializes in employee development and training. She coordinates onboarding transitions throughout the region and provides audit and recruitment support.
Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager, and oversaw the management of more than 3.4 million square feet of commercial real estate located in Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. Her portfolio consisted of high demand office, retail, and industrial properties.
Brianna has served on the IREM OC Council since 2018 and is currently the Vice President of Education.
In 2008 she received The Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY) for 4350 Von Karman. The TOBY award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management. Brianna was awarded the Office Real Estate Professional of the Year Award in 2014, and the CPM Candidate of the Year Award in 2018 by the Institute of Real Estate Management Orange County Chapter.
Lastly, she is an alumnus of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group class of 2008/2009, which is a networking and leadership program for young real estate professionals.
Brianna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Chapman University and has a valid California Real Estate Salesperson License. She holds a CPM® designation through IREM and an RPA ® designation through BOMI.
