RiverRock Real Estate Group Appoints Jim Lynch as Retail Practice Leader.

As Retail Practice Leader, Lynch will oversee RiverRock’s retail team as well as the three million square foot Red Mountain Retail Group portfolio and its 13-member management team.

“In today’s challenging retail market, landlords understand that an experienced property management team is necessary for the success of a center,” said John Combs, Founder and Principal, RiverRock Real Estate Group. “Having worked in the industry for over 23 years, Jim has the proven skills and experience to deliver maximum results for our clients.”

Prior to joining RiverRock, Lynch served as General Manager for Century National Properties where he was responsible for managing The Shops at Rossmoor, a 400,000-square-foot 1960’s era neighborhood center in Seal Beach, Calif that was partially demolished and redeveloped into a premium lifestyle center. Previously, he worked as Vice President of Management and Marketing for Fritz Duda Company where he oversaw a portfolio of seven retail centers totaling more than one million square feet.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
