Michelle is Regional Vice President with RiverRock Real Estate Group. Michelle has been a real estate professional since 1997. Her portfolio consists of 5 million square feet of institutional-quality industrial and office assets located throughout Maricopa County. She has played a major role in RiverRock’s growth in the Phoenix metropolitan area by actively promoting RiverRock’s branding and service delivery platform. During her first two years with the company, the region’s portfolio and staff quadrupled.
Michelle takes pride in establishing genuine relationships with her clients in order to better satisfy their needs. Her personal approach and dedication to creating value are venerable assets that align with RiverRock’s commitment to customized, high-level service.
Prior to joining RiverRock, Michelle managed three million square feet of industrial, back-office and Class “A” office buildings for RREEF in Phoenix, AZ – a position that required extensive owner and customer relations. She facilitated the day-to-day management of the portfolio including preparation of operating budgets and CAM reconciliations, strategic plans and valuation reports, lease administration, contract bidding and vendor supervision. During her tenure, she distinguished herself by increasing the value of an eight-property portfolio by 44% during a five-year hold period, maintaining 90% tenant retention over a nine-year period in eight submarkets, implementing Green Building Council initiatives by obtaining an Energy Star rating on a newly acquired office building, and receiving the highest tenant satisfaction rating for industrial parks by Kingsley Associates in 2005, 2007 and 2009.
Michelle is a member of BOMA and NAIOP (National Association for Industrial & Office Parks). Michelle holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License.
