Mike Meyer brings 20 years of Bay Area office management and leadership experience. Mike has been responsible for the oversight of a three million square foot office and retail portfolio and the supervision of 22 employees, including recruiting, training and personnel management. He has been accountable for all aspects of operations including development and implementation of strategic asset plans, and direct supervision of tenant improvement and capital work. He has been involved in pre-acquisition due diligence assessment on behalf of his clients and accountable for all disposition coordination. Among his most notable recent assignments are Jack London Square, 345 California and The Towers Emeryville.
His past experience as a property manager has included 71 Stevenson, 160 Spear Street, 101 & 55 Second and Sunset Millennium in Los Angeles. Mike has an extensive background working directly with leasing brokers including participating in the successful negotiation of 80,000 square feet of renewals and overseeing the subsequent $2.8 million in related improvements. He has played key roles in the transition of several assets and coordinated estoppels and SNDA effort related to both disposition and refinancing of multiple assets.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. He has previously held executive level positions for BOMA Oakland/East Bay.
