Nancy Babb joined RiverRock in 2022 as Director in the firm’s Northern CA offices. In this role she supports and oversees multiple property management teams and coordinates RiverRock’s service delivery for a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets throughout the San Jose Bay Area. Nancy brings over 35 years of diverse real estate management and leasing experience.
Before joining RiverRock, Nancy served as Senior Vice President – Senior Property Manager – Asset Services for Kidder Mathews Inc. Market leader for Northern California Asset Services teams in San Jose, San Francisco, Pleasanton, Redwood City and Sacramento. Focus on client relationships, broker relationships, and new business development.
Prior to Kidder Mathews Inc., Nancy was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Property Management with Colliers International. During her tenure with Colliers International, Nancy oversaw approximately 5 million square feet of industrial properties as a third-party management for Walton Street Capital / IndCor Properties. Nancy also provided leadership, support, and guidance to a team of Property Management personnel, ensuring they operated in a professional manner and provided an important level of customer service.
Nancy received her Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. She holds her Real Estate License from the state of California.
