RiverRock Real Estate Group, a western regional commercial real estate management and leasing firm, has been selected by Overton Moore Properties to provide property management services to 420 South 53rd Avenue in Phoenix. The new assignment brings RiverRock to more than five million square feet under management in Arizona – and brings the firms total assets under management to over 25 million square feet across the West.
