Red Mountain Retail Group Selects RiverRock to Manage The Hilltop Shops at Woodland Village

RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm providing full-service property management for industrail, office and retail assets, today announced that it has been selected by Red Mountain Retail Group to manage a new retail acquisition in Flagstaff, Arizona.  In managing the property – The Hilltop Shops at Woodlands Village – RiverRock expands its work with Red Mountain, and now oversees more than three million square feet of retail space for the firm in California and Arizona.  In total, RiverRock’s property management portfolio encompasses more than 20 million square feet under management.
