RiverRock Continues to Attract Top Tier Talent as Firm Grows and Expands

Two Industry Leaders Have Joined RiverRock in Northern California

We are pleased to announce the appointments of Mike Meyer, a seasoned property management executive, to the position of Executive Managing Director, and Calvin Meeder, to the position of Regional Vice President of Construction Management in Northern California.

Cal brings more than two decades of diverse expertise across the commercial real estate industry, and will be a key asset to RiverRock as we continue to expand our services in Northern California,” he added.

Mike brings more than 20 years of successful commercial real estate management experience in all aspects of operations. In his new position, Mike will partner with Anne Hinz, Executive Vice President, in the oversight of asset and property management of RiverRock’s Northern California portfolio of growing properties. Mike earned his BA at the University of California, Berkeley, and is a licensed California real estate sales person. He is the Vice President and President-Elect of BOMA Oakland/East Bay.

Cal will oversee RiverRock’s real estate development and construction, cost analysis, due diligence, hazardous materials response, and assist with contract negotiations in Northern California. Cal earned his degree in Interior and Architecture Design from Drexel University, is LEED AP certified, and maintains his CID certification in the state of California.
