RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm providing full-service property management for industrial, office and retail assets, announces thai it has been selected by AEW Capitol Management, L.P., (AEW) to manage Alton Plaza, a 215,526 SF multi-tenant office and R&D pork in Irvine Spectrum. In managing this property, RiverRock expands its work with AEW, and now oversees more than 2.1 million square feet of office and industrial space for the firm. In total, RiverRock’s property management portfolio encompasses more than 20 million square feet under management.
