RiverRock Real Estate Group was named as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Orange County. The awards program was created in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. This county-wide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Orange County benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

For RiverRock this marks the 11th year that the firm has been recognized by Orange County Business Journal as a Best Place to Work. The firm has also been awarded a Best Place to Work by the Orange County Register.

To be named a Best Place to Work in Orange County, an employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics are evaluated as well results of an employee survey done to measure the employee experience are considered.
