RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast based commercial real estate management and leasing firm, today announced that AEW Capital Management (AEW) has awarded RiverRock the management of a 630,000-square-foot of portfolio office and industrial space located in Denver and surrounding communities. This is the second new AEW management assignment the past three months. In the past 12 months, RiverRock has grown its management portfolio by 10 million square feet. With the addition of this contract, the company now manages more than 26 million square feet of commercial space.
