RiverRock Real Estate Group (RREG), a client-centric property and asset management firm, is building its presence in Northern California with the addition of Anne Hill, RPA, CPM, and Nancy Babb, RPA, who both take on the position of Director.

Hill brings over 15 years of diverse real estate management and leasing experience to her role where she will oversee expansion and service delivery in San Francisco and the northern Bay Area. Nancy Babb brings 30 years of work in the Silicon Valley commercial real estate development and property management industry to her role in expanding RREG’s position in that region.

Anne and Nancy bring an incredible level of experience to the team at a time when we’re increasing our client support networkand doubling down on enhancing our internal employee experience as well,” said Mike Meyer, Regional Vice President, RREG.

To that end, RREG created two new positions for northern and southern California promoting long-time RREG employees Jessica Rosati and Brianna McHenry each to the role of Vice President of Engagement.

“These new positions respond to the increasing complexities of the management industry and elevate the workforce training and leadership we feel is necessary in turn to support our RockStars. These new regional roles will enhance our internal training programs at a time when the spectrum of what our staff oversees goes beyond property management including all aspects of ESG requirements as well as supporting our corporate DEI initiatives,” said Steve Core, President, RREG.

Hill will oversee multiple property management teams and coordinate RREG’s service delivery for a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets. Before joining RREG, Hill’s experience included Director of Operations with Brannan Management and Real Estate Portfolio Manager with Bently Holdings. 

Babb will also oversee multiple teams for a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets. Prior to joining RREG, she was a Bay Area Market – Senior Vice President- Senior Property Manager – Asset Services with Kidder Matthews and Director of Property Management for Colliers. She also served as Vice President of Leasing/Property Management for McCandless Development.
