We are pleased to announce the recent management assignment of a 1,735,513 sq ft office and industrial property portfolio in Southern California.  Beginning August 1, RiverRock will take over property management, leasing oversight, engineering and construction management of 11 properties. This is part of a 3.2 million sq ft management assignment awarded to RiverRock, which includes properties in  Santa Fe Springs, Rolling Hills, Upland, Riverside, the San Gabriel Valley, and Phoenix, AZ.  RiverRock will be assuming regional offices and will add approximately 30 employees who are currently managing these properties. Armando Enriquez joins us as Vice President of Asset Management and will be in charge of the leasing oversight and management for the entire portfolio.  He will be based in our Newport Beach office.
