RiverRock Selected To Manage Newly Constructed Distribution Facility

On behalf of STRS Ohio we are pleased to announce that RiverRock Real Estate Group was awarded management for Park Mira Loma South, a newly constructed industrial property in Mira Loma, CA.

The 353,742 sq ft distribution facility located at 11296 Harrel St. boasts all new Cal Green compliant construction, specialized landscape, LED exterior lighting, and storm water capturing systems. With the addition of this property, RiverRock now manages over 7,300,000 sq ft of industrial property.
